First thing, I signed the kids up for school too late for transportation to put a stop near our house. They have to walk across and down the street a block. Not a big deal really, they walked just as far last year to the front of the apartments but they wanted to practice. I explained to Seth that he HAS to hold Brooklyn's hand. He doesn't always look both ways. I wish I had a picture of the first crossing, they looked both ways like five times. In total sinc, it was so funny. They look so far away! They have to wait at the silver fire hydrant. Well, that is my guess. I don't know what direction the bus is coming from but that will be good enough for the first morning. I'll be watching them from my car so I can drive off to work as soon as they're gone.
I had the kids try on some of their new clothes too. The boys mostly just got jeans because that is all they really needed. Being a girl, Brooklyn got a lot of new clothes, of course. New shoes too but she is not modeling those. Seth insisted on me taking a picture in each pair of jeans. I'm missing one... hmmm. I don't know why. Caleb had three new pair too. But, they're jeans. Know what I mean? :D
So, with backpacks full of supplies, Capri Suns in the fridge and new clothes, shoes and a knowledge of the bus stop I guess they're as ready as I can get them. The rest is up to them. I'm so excited to hear about their first day back!

Wow! They are all getting so big!
They look so spiffy in their new outfits. Boo is such a ham. :)
Love and misses,
Aunt Holly
I know, she had a big growth spurt over summer vacation. None of the clothes from last year fit at all. She was so sad. LOL The boys are growing fast too. Seth tried on pants while Bobby's mom was here and they fit him and she bought them. Now I have to go back and exchange them!
We are so happy to see Boo modeling some of her birthday clothes that Papa and I sent. Looking good!
I just have 1 question... why does Caleb look like he is sporting gang signs with his hands??? I'm sure he is not meaning to, but he might just be copying what he sees?
He hasn't seen anything except these stupid back to school clothes commercials. I tried to get him to stop but he wouldn't. What a goof! :D
They are just growing up so fast...
